workout by your name







Lama tak share pasal workout, since akak pun dah lama tak buat serious workout. Setakat lari2 anak kat tasik titiwangsa tu, ada la. Tapi kalau buat exercise yang betul2 ikut flow, memang dah lama tak buat. Masa dan keadaan yang kurang mengizinkan. So today nak share sikit pasal simple workout by spelling your name.

Untuk akak, kalau follow nama akak,  akak kena buat:

I  -  30 jumping jacks
N - 40 jumping jacks
T  - 15 squats
A  - 50 jumping jacks
N  - 40 jumping jacks

Rumusannya, harus pengsan akak nak buat jumping jacks sebanyak 160 kali =).
